Framing Our Future: Capital Campaign
Building a Home for the waldorf school of cape cod
For the first time since WSCC was founded 36 years ago, we OWN our own property. With help from donors and through extensive fundraising efforts, WSCC was able to purchase a 3.5 acre property at 22 Tupper Road in Sandwich.
School starts in September and there is a lot to do! We are raising $100,000 to complete the first phase of renovation which includes moving interior walls, building an additional three classrooms, and bringing the building up to commercial compliance requirements. We are also transforming the outdoor space to include a beautiful garden and playgrounds.
It is by goodwill, determination and vision that our school exists. You have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of WSCC. Please consider a donation to our renovation project! Here are the ways you can help:
Donate to our fund: give any amount to our general Capital Campaign Fund
Donate toward an item or project: choose to support individual items and/or projects listed below
Donate in kind services: support a project by providing a service/good or by volunteering your time
Our Mission: Framing Our Future
The future of our world rests in the hands of our children. We believe in raising kind, thoughtful, forward thinking, innovative and conscientious children.
Our mission for this campaign is to create a space for the Waldorf School of Cape Cod where students of all ages (children and adults) can come together to learn, create and support each other for the sustainability of humankind and as stewards of Cape Cod and our natural world.
The Waldorf School meets the emotional, physical and intellectual needs of our students, helping them grow into confident, creative, life-long learners. Waldorf Education is 101 years old this year. Today, there are 1090 schools in 64 countries around the world. Please support this school for the benefit of our children, society and the planet. Now more than ever, the world needs more Waldorf!
